a) Provision of the website & hosting (Wix.com)

The website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Wix provides technical services required to operate the website securely and efficiently and automatically processes technical data (e.g., IP address; browser information; access times).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

Wix may process data outside the EU. Wix implements appropriate safeguards for such transfers, for example the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
 

b) Wix Analytics (built‑in usage statistics)

We use only the integrated analytics features provided by Wix for technical evaluation of website usage (e.g., page views; technical performance). Processing is performed server‑side without tracking cookies and without profiling.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in optimizing and stabilizing the website).
 

c) Contact requests

If you contact us via the contact form or by e‑mail, we process the information you provide to handle your request.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract); Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), if you have given consent in the form.

4. Storage period

  • Contact requests: up to 6 months after completion of processing.

  • Server/log data: up to 30 days.

  • Form data: retained in accordance with statutory retention obligations where applicable.
     

5. Disclosure of data

Data are disclosed only:

  • to our hosting provider Wix;

  • if required by law;

  • if you have given consent.

No other disclosure to third parties takes place.
